| Benjamin C. Gage, Founder/President, is a proven innovator who brings international experience and entrepreneurship to the company. He is the "patented" owner of the referenced industrial innovation and the driving force behind the TAKIT Label for CVI. Gage has career achievements in developing apparel and sport related products for name brands Rossignol, Burlington, JC Penney, and Wilson as an entrepreneur, manager, and executive at the retail, wholesale and manufacturing level. At Rossignol of France, the 500MM sports giant, Gage led the company’s USA regional marketing and product development for active wear and related sport gear. His region was the global sales leader for Rossignol in his category 3 straight years. Gage left his marketing executive position at Rossignol to spearhead development of the world’s first sport fashion Label for CVI. |
| Gene Hicks, CFO and Co-Founder of CVI’s technology division, provides revenue model development and administration to position the Company for future growth. Mr. Hicks has over fourteen years in financial and operational experience including Treasurer at Woodlawn Mills, CFO for FDY, Inc. and accounting at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, CPA's. |
| Holly Henderson, Chief Apparel/Textile Designer, is leading CVI’s label design team and front end supply chain function development. She is former head of Design for Federated Merchandising/Macy's New York. Ms. Henderson is an Adjunct Professor, specializing in Computer Aided Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She has been recognized by her peers as a leading pioneer in sewn product CAD design and product development. Her clients have included; Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Arnold Palmer, NFL Kids and Leslie Fay. |
| Ken Magas, Chief Advertising Designer, is leading CVI’s Advertising, Webbing, and Graphic Design. Former clients serviced include Augusta Sportswear, Pine Island Sportswear, Willow Pointe Sportswear, ScreenMates, Print-Ons and Century Place. |
| Bart Austin, Technology Architect Consultant, brings, to CVI, more than 20 years of IT experience in the development of technology services primarily focused on integration systems and the design of technology for specific markets. Austin’s experience includes Network Development Manager of Information Technology for Coats, the largest global supplier of sewing thread. By working in collaboration with CVI's partners, Bart will contribute to the direction, development and implementation strategy of CVI's efforts. |
| Dr. Steve Davis, Chief Technology Researcher, of Clemson University’s School of Business Management and Behavioral Science and the School of Computer Science, is leading CVI’s technology solution R&D. Dr. Davis, who graduated from West Point and received his doctorate from Georgia Tech has completed software R&D projects sponsored by the National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense. |
| Bill Kernodle, Chief Supply Chain Director, of Clemson Apparel Research Center, is leading CVI’s back end supply chain function development. His experience includes service as Director of Operations and Planning for Burlington Menswear and Commander, of the DOD’s entire R&D for textiles/apparel. |
| Josh Hamilton, Chief Textile Advisor, is President of Management Solutions Group, LLC and former President of Clinton Mills. Hamilton provides executive and general apparel textile industry services advice to CVI . He is well connected in the industry’s early supply chain stages. |
| Jean /Francois Gaud, Strategic International Advisor, is Sales Agent for Babolat and Rossignol of France. Gaud, who has 25 years in international management with Rossignol, provides international sourcing and sales expertise to CVI. |

| Felicia Watlington, Strategic Entrepreneurial Advisor, is founder of VisionAccomplished. She provides CVI with strategic business planning and WEB editing. Watlington, who received her MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, previously was Business Consultant to Duke Energy and Commercial Credit Analyst for Pittsburgh National Bank. |
